On the moor, the Common Gulls have greatly enlarged their nesting ground and they lift off together occasionally, don’t think they are being disturbed by anything large, like man. There were about 1000 birds in the sky, quite a spectacle! This must be where the Corsemaul birds have come. Common gulls are the least Common of the five Scottish species.
