Tulips

Fifty one weeks ago we got the keys to our new home and moved in at the very end of May last year.  During the last couple of weeks we have been working on the garden, digging a border along the bottom edge of the garden and yesterday planted out a number of shrubs and climbing roses.  It's been a lot of work but it''s been satisfying and looks great to look out on from the house.  We have also been enjoying a beautiful show of tulips in the garden which I planted in the autumn along another border.  I have converted this image to black and white as I thought it showed more detail.
