Aquilegia

Had quite a hectic weekend, played golf in the winter hurricane weather on Friday, was absolutely freezing and got soaked, in spite of waterproofs and winter mitts!! It was the annual works golf day so couldn't sit it out.
Saturday was spent looking for a new fireplace and gas fire for the front room that we are decorating, then spent the afternoon in the garden sitting in the sunshine drinking Pimms with our friends.
Today we have been to a party to celebrate the first year in business of our hairdresser, it was a lovely day with some nice food and a live saxophonist playing.
Came home and took this shot in the garden. We've got loads of different types of Aquilegia, this is one of them.
