Kendal Castle Kite Festival

We had a lovely few hours in the sun this afternoon up at Kendal Castle enjoying the last day of the kite festival. Lots of amazing kites being flown by experts like this giant gecko. Hard to choose one photo out of the ones my son gave the best marks too! The rest of our favourites are on flickrin this set. What is it about kites on a sunny day....
