Coronation Quiche

So I made one, but wouldn’t do it again. It wasn’t unpleasant, just a bit bland really. It didn’t need the broad beans, and could have done with loads more cheese maybe….
But we have Coronation chicken for later, and we’ve already had a glass of Champers to wash down the quiche, so not too bad a day.
Earlier the nurse from the surgery came to change the dressings on Mr F’s leg, and of course the tv was on as people were walking into the Abbey, but she didn’t seem too interested in the Coronation!
