Eider Duck

We've finally managed to escape from the marina and go to sea. We are spending the night on a mooring at Colintraive in the Kyles of  Bute. It's a beautiful spot. We were watching gannets finishing and a heron on the shoreline. Small groups of eider duck were all around. I love their rather eerie calls.
