The Opportunist

Despite an iffy weather forecast, it's been the best day of the year, up to 20C this afternoon. I've been watching my neighbours lovingly cleaning and polishing their new acquisition, a little caravan, and this wood pigeon has been watching the smaller birds around the feeder, waiting his turn for all the fallen morsels. I've downloaded the Merlin app, which identifies bird songs.  Great fun and more species around than I imagined. Also had a nice WhatsApp video call with G in Vietnam.
