Wisteria

My Sunday was a mostly busy one, catching up with some overdue paperwork and the Saturday chores I didn’t have time for yesterday.

But I also went out for a bit of gardening, and P agreed to join me for a walk in the afternoon, so I got my dose of fresh air, too.

The day felt warm and close, like before a storm. There are thunderstorms forecast for tonight and tomorrow. I thought, I’d better blip our wisteria now, just in case it gets drenched later. 

On our walk, we encountered the golden ground beetle in the extra. The photo also shows how dry and cracked the ground has become, so we really need some rain.
