Perfect Day

After yesterday's torrential rain we couldn't have asked for a better day for our village street party!

Nearly 2/3rds of the village turned up and what a fabulous few hours we had!! Wonderful food and drink (including coronation chicken and quiche of course!) along with fancy dress (adults, kids and dogs!), best cake and best crown competitions and the obligatory tug of war!

And Kate came good again on being the perfect subject for my blip!
