Fillet of Pork

Well, I don't often blip our tea, but needs must today.
Fillet of pork, rendang, in the slow cooker, will be served with pilau rice with seeds and nuts, vegetable pakora and sauce, followed by Scottish dairy ice cream and strawberry coulis. 
There you have it. 
Mrs M is out gowffin, so I am left to dinner duties. :-)
