Farewell to Boario

Our last full day in Boario for this trip. It’s been eventful, not least because of Corona knocking out the second half of our trip, including a planned visit to Lake Garda. But I’m sure it’s only Arrivederci and that we’ll return. It was sad but also profoundly moving to watch a funeral from our balcony this afternoon. The weather sent clouds down the mountain then a steady shower of rain as the cortège and mourners arrived. As everyone emerged again the clouds rolled back and the sun came out.
