Hogweed Leaves Emerging

It has rained most of the day - I finally got out for a walk at about 3 p.m.

I stopped to photograph some hogweed leaves emerging - still some raindrops on them. I like the way they unfurl from the main stem…the new stem will then grow on and in turn split like this!! It was quite dark so I needed a little boost from my LED panel!!

Not much else going on today…we mostly just pottered about the house
