Cake

My chocolate cake with Mascarpone icing was a hit amongst Callum, Mark, Tom and me. I was quite pleased with the cake, despite some of the edge pieces coming out when demoulding. I gave a lot of the cake to Tom, who I am meeting again on Friday and took two slices with me for home.

I missed my dance class, and now on the way to Aldi to buy some pizza for tea.

Need to get back the lecturer for the PhD thank you note, need to also thank some teachers from the university over the news of the most innovative award winning, and i need to speak to my sister who i have been avoiding for last 2 months. I dearly miss my family at this time.
