Two sourdoughs

My first bake this morning since before my trip to France. My sourdough bread baking didn't fare too well there, I couldn't work out which flour to use; it's not as simple as buying 'strong white/wholemeal bread flour' etc there, you have to know which 'T' number to buy. The ones I tried didn't produce a good loaf, so it was a relief to get a good result here. We toasted slices of the loaf on the left for a late breakfast.
