Celebrating Health

Inspired by son, and by Maui, today I prepared an açaí bowl for breakfast. It was really good.
I used frozen açaí pulp mixed with berries, and banana, coconut water, slices of ripe mango, blueberries, strawberries, a spoon of honey, and oat, pecans, and maple syrup granola.
I will prepare it again. It’s a versatile breakfast since you can add different ingredients like shredded coconut, yogurt, or cream, chia seeds, and any fruit you like. In Hawaii, of course they used ripe papaya, pineapple, and mangoes.
