Omelette

Goat cheese omelette, sautéed chard and spinach, and a baguette. Wine: Andrew Murray Enchanté 2021.

Everything came out very well. The baguette was a par baked take-and-bake (I like baking bread but have not attempted a baguette and am inclined to leave them to professionals with proper steam ovens). The wine is a white rhone-style blend from our favorite California (Santa Barbara County) winemaker.
