Monopoly, anyone ?

We are traveling with a group of plushies but there are no tiny people in our gang. Sing Bear is the smallest of them all but even he doesn’t quite fit the bill for a tiny person as meant in today’s TinyTuesday theme. The smallest thing in our holiday house is probably the doggie token for the Monopoly game, which sadly lacks the dice needed to play the game.

Today the weather was lovely and it could have been a great day for an outing but DJ’s foot was so painful that we had to ask for medical help. As such because it was already after 10 am we first had to go through NHS24 , which did not help at all because it is not made for international visitors, it disconnected us after telling us to contact our own gp. The compound’s concierge was very helpful and called the local health centre and we were given a promise that a doctor would call us as soon as possible. It’s now 6 hours later and almost 5 pm and no doctor has called yet. I know this is not a life and death  emergency, but he can hardly walk more than 5 minutes  and it has not been improving after days of rest.

Looking forward to a meal out with Damnonii and her husband in the hope that DJ will feel ok enough to join us.
