Church Tea Rooms

I had a blood test this morning, still a little low, back again Friday.  Generally I'm feeling a bit washed out, very little energy and walking much less, and slower.  We still get out though. After leaving the surgery we drove out to Witley Court and visited the Church Tea Rooms there.  The place is set in a lovely garden and has a tropical conservatory for inclement weather, which is where we sat for our coffee.  Thunder, lightning and torrential rain was forecast, but whilst we were there we had warm and sunny so I took advantage of the light to take some photos in their gardens.

On leaving Witley the thunder could be heard getting closer,  We stopped off at Top Barn to have a picnic lunch.  That's when the rain started, complete with thunder and lightning as promised, we didn't get out to see the animals, all who were sensibly sheltering.

The picture is of a very old mermaid looking at some quite modern shears that the gardener must have left there, I've also added a close-up of some blossoms in the extras. Although very small I'm not sure if she meets the Tiny People criteria of today's Tiny Tuesday hosted by  H0tame.
