DAY OF 2 HALVES

The Rev called me 7:30 to get up, that there was a flask of tea in the car and we were off to the coast for breakfast. (A request if made to repeat at sometime) We had a great ride to Brighton and we were on the beach by 9. We had a walk along the front…from near the marina to past the pier. It was a bit chilly but a café blanket helped. It was great to watch the town wake up, to read and enjoy a very tasty breakfast. We walked back to the car and we were back for lunch!!!
In the afternoon I went for a birthday bluebell walk with Heather and the dogs. The bluebells were stunning. We popped into Brenda’s for a cuppa on the way home and via the allotment for Heather to pick some rhubarb….what a fun busy day.
