Lichen

I was out today with some members of the camera club on a trip to Delamore Gardens where they have an Art Exhibition of sculptures, ceramics and art.  It was lovely to see with a large number of sculptures displayed around the gardens.  They were beautifully presented making the most of the natural colour and vegetation around them.  

I was also taken by the beauty of the large Rhododendron bushes in the grounds some of which had lichen growing on their branches.  I saw todays blip as a natural art form with the colourful background from the flowers.  I have included a collage of a few of the sculptures in extras.  An enjoyable day out and the weather was dry as well.
