(so the installation of shower is in process - Mischa the guy here for about two weeks is wonderful, came to US from Ukraine in 1998 with all his family, still has quite the accent so i bet speaks Ukranium with family.  He is not going crazy but pretty challenged with the impossibility of making houseboats either square or stay on a single level --i keep saying we get used to "good enough" - not sure he can manage that)
