Keeping an eye on the world

Chris and I went for a wander around most of the Buttermere Horseshoe Fell Race route. The race is supposed to be 21 miles and around 9000ft of climb. I missed out the first and last of the climbs but we still had a good long day out.

Here on High Stile (I think), Chris is taking a moment to take in the scenery and consider the route we took earlier in the day.

A good long and tiring day for me.
