a lovely lazy morning read the paper, got up late, had coffee and read the paper and whatsapped some friends…..a lovely long shower….felt quite a bit better after that and decided to go to town as rain was expected this afternoon…….i bought new trainers at Clarks to treat myself….

just  now a downpour, thunderstorm and some lights on….

what a brilliant end to race across the world last night……i am so glad Chris and Cathy won…..well deserved !!
