The Smurf on the corner of the desk had a little explore today. Desperate emergency blip.

Spent a lot of the afternoon faffing with the broadband. Virgin's app kept telling me it was a bad connection to the router. I didn't think it was, but in exasperation I booked a technician to come and look. Then I got a text from Virgin saying it was a network problem. Anyway, working now.
