Tal-Y-Bont in the Spring....

We made it to Tal-Y-Bont inside 3 hours and the car returned 29.3 mpg which for these roads is exceptional, the only hold up was a tractor for about 3 miles, but I was relaxed and no problem, (I must be mellowing in my old age).
We set up in lovely sunshine and erected the awning in to time flat, then unloaded the big tent for our "Meeting Hall" come Gazebo, and even that went up in 15minutes, with no problem at all.
The we turned to the serious drinking time out in the sun.
We have 8 units turn out which is quite good for us, as we only have 7 members, but three daughters of Helena turned up so we have a more than full turn out.
One down side is that there is no phone coverage or Mobile BB so I have managed to find a pud just down the road with free WiFi.
Hence this Backblip.

This was late in evening and the low cloud came rolling in over the hills.
