European elections

Today we could use the red pencil again for the first time in about 13 years.
For years there were those silly voting-machines, which are not to be trusted, since they don't leave a paper trail which makes a recount impossible.
Also those machines could be modified by only a very few, which can be enough to wreck an entire democracy.

I really believe that manual counting will result in an error which is closer to zero than can be guaranteed by voting machines.

So welcome back for the red pencil and that it may stay forever.
