Bank holiday blue's

Poor old donkey's. This was Coney beach Porthcawl at 2.30 pm today. The donkeys sum up how most people were feeling on another Bank Holiday washout. I got out of the car just long enough to take this photo.It was too wet to do anything but return home.
Never mind,we are going to have a nice M & S meal for £10. The main course is smoked haddock puff pastry tart,with a savoury egg custard mix, leeks, mature Cheddar cheese & spinach with new potatoes ,butter, parsley chives & mint. Dessert is millionaire's shortbread, which is shortbread crumb topped with a rich caramel flavoured mousse & Belgian chocolate ganache. The wine is a an Australian chardonnay .Who cares if it's raining?
