Mk3 rowlock

This is my mk3 rowlock for the St.Ayles skiff.

These boats have strict construction rules to conform with the boat class. So to be eligible, we have to construct the rowlocks out of wood and this problem is fertile ground for different interpretations in the Skiffy community. Paradoxically, we are now allowed to use a plastic rubbing strip underneath the oar., but we are not allowed to use a simple metal rowlock.
