Swans in love.......but only in Boston!

Well some people say that San Fran is the City of free love. This pair of swans have been together for the past 6 years and have unsuccessfully hatched any eggs. What was the problems. I here you ask??? This couple are both females and therefore the eggs are not fertilized. They behave in the exact same way as any other paired swans and the only way to separate them would be to fake the death of one of them!!! They are sitting on 9 eggs and it is really hot. In fact when I went past the other day the Swans were in the pond and a duck was sitting on top of their egg.
