Dubai Frame

The orcas have gone from the Abu Dhabi coast, so we were out rowing first thing. Quite excited as out in the re-rigged quad to make it a four. This is called sweep rowing as everyone just has one blade. I did this at Uni, and my last race was err 34 years ago. Loved it, except I was bow and had to steer the boat with my feet. We never crashed. 

We then went with friends for a shopping trip to Dubai with a lazy lunch, then a curry on the way home.
