My walking buddy got a better offer - Mother’s Day-related I suspect - so I walked to Mascot on my own and back via the park.

The oval there was the venue for AFL this morning, girls and boys from under 5s to under 18s. Even though I only follow rugby league, and only when the South Sydney Rabbitohs are in the grand final, I backed the Newtown Swans today. Briefly.
