The old boats at Salen

We left Crianlarich and drove to Fort William where we got petrol and some fresh produce before continuing the beautiful journey to Lochaline.  I could have stopped many times taking photos but we were stressed that this ferry wouldn't be cancelled too that we just wanted to kepp driving on.

Whwn we got to the ferry port we were glad to see the queue of cars and very relieved to sail to Fishnish on Mull.

We've stayed in the cottage before, it's tiny but fine for two.  The big bonus is that WiFi is now provided (the online info hasn't been updated),  at least I will be able to keep up with my blips now.

After our meal we went for a walk around.  We've been to Mull many times and these three old wooded boats have deteriorated a little more each time.  We're always pleased to see them as we associate Salen  with the boats.
