Another Storm From Nowhere

The wind usually comes from the West but when it pivots and comes from the East, the storms are short and spectacular.

I've been out of sorts today. 

A day for crosswords, tea, toast and trying to keep anxiety in check.

Cooking will commence in about 40 minutes.  That's another form of therapy.
