Greater Butterfly Orchid …

… the rain has really helped the orchids grow tall this year, including these fragile ones that are supposed to smell of vanilla but I think the rain has washed the perfume away. I must have seen about 25 of these this morning. In previous years I have just seen a few in the orchid/butterfly reserve where the fox cubs are. No sign of them today.
