Lake District day one

All packed and ready for the off at 8.30.
Great drive over to the A1,so much colour, green trees and copper beach, wild flowers in the hedgerows and yellow rapeseed as far as the eye could see and more derelict buildings to keep you going for a month of Sundays.

We arrive at our caravan site in the Lake District, our home for the next five days.

Tonight we took a drive to Glenridding and had a walk by Lake Ullswater.
