Cream baked haddock, broiled squash in agrodolce with avocado, and roasted orange cauliflower with za'atar. Wine: Huet Le Haut-Lieu Sec Vouvray 2012.

Very tasty all around. This is our second of three bottles of this Vouvray bought at auction (it's nice when you can let someone else do the cellar aging for you).
