Judy and Digby

Went for a walk this morning with the dog and had only gone a short way when I realised I hadn’t brought any poo bags! Cardinal sin so I went back home to collect some and this sight greeted me on my way back to them! It was so sweet seeing them there sitting waiting for me!

It was a relatively short walk and when we got back I drove to Totnes, the alternative society in Devon! There are lots of quirky shops and many eating places which cater to vegetarians, of which Judy is one.we got there at just about lunchtime so first stop was somewhere for coffee and a bite the eat, carrot and cumin soup for me and a tuna Mayo baked potato for Judy. Totnes town centre is basically one long narrow street with skinny pavements either side and book shops and shoe shops, jewellery makers and clothes shops mostly not your average high street shops but they have Seasalt and White Stuff along with many charity shops and quirky clothing shops! There is also an absolutely fantastic material shop with an enormous variety of colours and weights of cloth.

We walked down the street to take Digby for a walk in the riverside park and then walked back up thd street with Jude stopping in various shoe shops and she eventually some beautiful boat shoes from moshulu in the sale and they are green and turquoise!

We managed to find where the car was parked and got back safely in time for Digby’s dinner! Then it was time for reflexology for Judy, now she is chanting before we have a gin and tonic! Menu this evening is spaghetti bolognaise vegetarian style!
