All Aglow

Looking east, the farmhouse was all aglow. It doesn't usually look pink! Looking west, the sunset sky that was illuminating the building.

It's been a lovely warm, sunny day, but with a coolish wind. Spent the afternoon with daughter and little ones, when we visited a small family garden centre not far away. The family bought (nearly) black petunias and white petunias, which will be planted in hanging baskets in memory of black Petunia and her white mum, Pearl, the two guinea pigs who they've lost this year.

We went there via The Spinney, where there's a lovely children's playground among the trees. I sat in the car with the sleeping Young Master, which meant Little Miss B and her mum could have one-to-one time together. Valuable time!

Mr PP stayed at home working in the garden, achieving great progress.
