Well certainly made a change from the Lotus biscuit or piece of shortbread with your coffee. Had a catch up with eldest as I was working in Glasgow again and unfortunately her boyfriend is back in Aberdeen for more medical treatment. 
Work is really busy so I'm exhausted at night. Body struggling to keep up with the pace of it all.
