Tape

I went out for some fresh air and I happened to come across this yellow fire brigade tape floating in the river and I spoke to a woman who said two school kids had chucked it in the water.  There had been a fire nearby in what was once a convent school and the fire brigade had a busy night dealing with it, so this was the tape they had put up to keep people away from the scene.  The fire was so intense they used long hose pipes to suck up water from the River Nith to douse the flames.  I imagine the building will have to be demolished now.
