What's the story?

I am down in London for my company's annual conference. I got the sleeper train down. I had an hour to kill to get over to Westminster so I decided to walk rather than get the tube. I was busy trying to find notable geocaches when I realised I was at the spot of an iconic Oasis album cover location.
