Yep another 5am training session for Ruben, at 6am we grabbed coffee from Mad Mac's the coffee van that comes to the runners and we all stood chatting and watching the sky... Sunrise was 6:21am... I captured this at 6:22am, if you zoom into the middle of the image on the horizon you will see bits of the Sun behind the clouds... Glorious start to the day...
