There is a 51% chance it will rain at 12:00

11:00 - arrive back home wet, with a wet dog and a wet camera.  She failed to say there was a 100% chance at 10:00.

The Echo gives crap weather predictions and thinks that 51% is always good for hedging her bets as it sounds more accurate than the "I have no idea - 50%?" option.  Sticking to the BBC or Metcheck from now on.
