Sunday with Team West

Today we had the pleasure of Team West most of the day. Liz (pictured) completed a 3km swimming event at Stanborough Park before 10am, and I think her time was about 48 mins which is an excellent time. Ian was mostly a slob this afternoon watching all the sports results roll in on the iPad, including the golf, cricket, F1, and the final of the IPL.

Great to spend time with good friends, and Isla was spoilt with attention.
