A short trip......

...up the Wirral to Leasowe Lighthouse as I'd heard there were plenty of Stonechats about. The lighthouse was surrounded by water when it was built in 1763 but is now surrounded by a carpark and grassland.

It was closed in 1908, but Friends of Leasowe Lighthouse open it from time to time. It's the first time I've been there.
