A flower for Friday . . .

The lovely astrantia is now out and showing its beautiful face in the 'yard'. I do love these flowers so am very glad it survived the winter and has bloomed happily. 
I'll need to get some different colours to keep it company I think!
Am feeling quite tired after our excursions recently and the pool exercise this morning.....so was very glad to see Terri when she popped in with a delicious brownie to have a cuppa earlier.
Glad I am able to sleep well - already yawning!
