Our precious little Fianna

She's Raven's pal, even though Raven seems to have jealous, nose out of joint tendencies if we seem to favor Fianna. She's shy, elusive, loves to play and watch the birds and squirrels outside the windows. Fianna does not like to be picked up, but when I have, she is surprisingly solid, heavier than bigger Raven. They are very different looking house panthers, fur, eyes, tails, but still sometimes it's tricky to tell them apart at a quick glance. We feel so lucky to have them, they certainly have helped to heal our broken hearts. Raven, in the extra, has many behaviors that remind us of Raspberry and our beloved black Max. She's a very doglike cat and loves everyone. How about Fianna's one white eyebrow hair!

For the Record,
This day came in cool and breezy. I helped set up for my Garden Club's Plant Sale tomorrow. We had the gift of student helpers this year. Teens from our local Vocational and Technical school, all horticulture students. They carried all the plants up the stairs to the hall for us. What a relief, we're all a bit long in the tooth as the saying goes, and our limbs are not as limber as they once were.

All hands happy
