Its been a hot day today and this afternoon I took myself off to Aberlady Bay in the hope of finding some butterflies - not much around actually , just a few whites and orange tips all rushing around madly and one very battered Red Admiral - do they overwinter? 
I did see several deer however and a skylark running along the track in front of me. Oh and a nice lady pheasant.
This evening our astronomy society held a very interesting talk on zoom about Astronomy in Australian Indigenous art. It was fascinating. On Youtube if anyone is interested.
