First day of exploring and mapping out Berlin included a closer look at the four allegories by the entrance to the Royal Armoury, and the buildings around Alexanderplatz - except the Fernsehturm (yet to come). The reading rooms at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Preußischer Kulturbesitz remain white spots on the map, due to vague information and lack of coins for the lockers. The exhibition "Nach der Natur"/"After Nature" at Humboldt Forum caused some brain staking efforts too. Coffee is great, as is mohn (poppy seed) cake.
