Sailing into Stockholm

A varied day which started calmly sitting on deck reading as we sailed through the Stockholm Archipelago. Gorgeous blue skies and over 30,000 islands so the ship had to do some clever manoeuvres. As we arrived in Stockholm there was a ‘sail in’ party on the deck with live music and plenty of cocktails under glorious sunshine. The ship is anchored in the harbour so after dinner we went on the tender across to town. The old town is beautiful with gorgeous buildings lit by the evening sun. After a beer in a harbour side bar we headed back to the ship. We get to explore more of Stockholm tomorrow.
